My client is a large insurance organisation who is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Bromsgrove.
Job Description
* Managing end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Utilising a variety of sourcing methods to attract top talent.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during recruitment processes.
* Participating in HR projects as required.
* 30% of this role will be HR Administration
The Successful Applicant
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
* Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Can commute to Bromsgrove three times per week
