Role – We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams within a large-scale transformation programme. You will play a key role in analysing business processes, defining requirements, and ensuring Salesforce solutions are aligned to business needs, driving efficiency and user adoption across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
* Analyse, document, and validate business requirements and functional specifications.
* Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and solution designs.
* Communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Create process models, prototypes, and user interface mock-ups where required.
* Identify risks and issues, escalating where necessary to ensure delivery alignment.
* Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system testing) and user training.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability across requirements and delivery.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice frameworks and methodologies.
* Collaborate with global IT and delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design.
Key Skills:
* 7+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
* Strong knowledge of:
o Salesforce Sales Cloud.
o Service Cloud.
o Experience Cloud.
* Experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration.
* Proven ability to deliver end-to-end functional design and requirements management.
* Strong documentation skills (BRDs, functional specs, user stories).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience leading workshops and working with cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
