Our client is seeking a confident and proactive Facilities Co-ordinator/Receptionist to join their Head Office on a job-share basis. This is a varied, busy and rewarding role where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person in a vibrant office environment.
About the Role
Working front-of-house, you'll be the first point of contact for staff and visitors, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide reception cover, support facilities management, and assist with general administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome visitors, issue passes and provide refreshments.
2. Handle enquiries via telephone, email and in person with professionalism and warmth.
3. Manage meeting room bookings and set up refreshments or lunch orders when needed.
4. Ensure coffee machines are functioning across all floors and troubleshoot minor issues.
5. Manage deliveries, maintain the 'Goods In' log and notify recipients.
6. Oversee the car park system and maintain up-to-date vehicle records.
