What youll be doing:
Youll be part of a small team making sure customer payments are handled smoothly, accurately and on time. With full training and support, you'll quickly get to grips with tasks like:
? Checking and processing payments
? Keeping track of client balances
? Helping with online banking transactions
? Investigating payment queries
? Issuing refunds when needed
? Keeping accurate records
You dont need any finance experience; well teach you everything you need to know. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong maths skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What were looking for:
Youre likely in your second or third job after school or college
Youve got GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
You enjoy working as part of a team
Youre friendly, honest and care about doing a good job
You like keeping things organised and ticking off a to-do list
