We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on Senior Security Consultant (Governance, Risk & Compliance) to join our team in North Sydney (or Brisbane) on a permanent basis. This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for the effective and continuous management of the Global ISMS and maintaining ongoing certifications and accreditations such ISO27001, SOC2 and PCI. Reporting to the Group Head of Cyber Security, You'll lead the ISMS program, maintaining ISO/IEC 27001, PCI-DSS, and SOC2 certifications across the group You'll drive global audit and compliance activities, aligning with internal, external, and Zurich Group requirements You'll assess IT risks and partner with control owners, Security, and regional teams to close compliance gaps You'll manage third-party audits, respond to security questionnaires, and support assurance activities You'll lead workshops and create clear documentation to embed security practices and enable certification readiness You'll ensure exceptional stakeholder service and uphold information security and confidentiality standards And what are we looking for? You’ll have extensive experience in Cyber Security working in various domains of Cyber Security including but not limited to Security Operations or Security Engineering You'll bring proven experience in managing IT risk, compliance, and governance within complex environments. You'll have deep expertise in ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC2, and other security frameworks. You'll apply strong project management and process improvement skills to audit and compliance initiatives You'll communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders You'll collaborate effectively across diverse teams, fostering strong relationships at all levels You'll combine detailed analytical skills with a hands-on approach to controls, documentation, and reporting So, why choose us?
