Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery team in Tring, Hertfordshire. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and early years education to children
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress
Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and families
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous nursery experience is essential
A positive, energetic, and caring approach
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Passion for supporting children’s development
