Overview
Customer Service Advisor role with VANRATH assisting a leading company. This position is based in the company\'s Newry office. Monday - Friday, with working hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm or 8.30am - 4.30pm. This is a Permanent position with an excellent reputation.
Salary

Responsibilities
* Supporting customers: Responding to queries by phone, email, and live chat - helping with orders, returns, exchanges, and everything in between
* Solving problems: Taking ownership of issues and ensuring customers feel confident and cared for
* Collaborating across teams: Working with Logistics, Dispatch, Ops, and Sales to ensure smooth processes and quick resolutions
* Handling the details: Processing refunds and exchanges accurately, following up on open issues, and keeping everything well-documented
* Adding to the culture: Bringing energy and positivity to the team - because great customer service is a team effort
The Ideal Person
* 1+ years\' experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role
* A genuine passion for helping others and providing top-tier support
* Calm, confident communication - even when things get a little hectic
* Strong organisational skills and confidence using computer systems
* A proactive attitude and a team player mentality
