CNC Machinist (Setter/Operator)

Salary:£12.50 - £16.50 per hour depending on experience (plus£1.50/hr shift premiumfor late shift)
Hours:Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week

What Youll Be Doing:
* Setting up and operating CNC machines for a range of complex components
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints with confidence
* Monitoring machining operations to ensure consistent production to spec
* Inspecting completed parts for quality, accuracy, and tolerance
* Collaborating with the Inspection team to ensure dimensional precision
What Youll Bring:
* Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Setterexperience withcastingsis a big plus
* Strong ability to read engineering drawings and production documentation
* Familiarity with CNC programming logicFanuc control experience preferred
* A proactive, detail-focused mindset and a drive for quality workmanship
