School's Out is a Breakfast Club, After-School Club and Pre-School for children aged 2-11 years. We create a true home-from-home environment where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn and play. We're open from 7:30am–6:00pm (term time).

We're now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated (Co) Pre-School Manager to help lead our setting and inspire our team.
If you're passionate about early years education, confident in leading others, and committed to delivering high standards of care and learning, we'd love to hear from you. In this role, you'll help shape children's early learning experiences and support them through those all-important early years.
The Role:
This is a part-time, job-share position, working 2–2.5 days per week (term time only).
As our Pre-School Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the setting. Working closely with the Co-Manager, you'll lead by example, support the team, and help ensure our pre-school remains a safe, happy and enriching place where children can thrive.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and managing the daily operations of the Pre-School
* Supporting and deputising for the Out of School Manager when required
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
* Ensuring full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements
* Managing staff ratios, resources and record-keeping
* Building strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
* Creating an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued
You'll be a great fit if you:
* Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
* Have proven leadership experience, including supervising a team
* Have experience in early years curriculum planning and educational programming
* Are highly organised and confident managing day-to-day operations
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Are confident in recruitment, supervision and staff appraisals
* Can handle challenges and resolve conflicts professionally
* Have strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* Build positive partnerships with parents, staff and external professionals
* Hold First Aid and Safeguarding training
(Degree-level qualification is desirable, though exceptional Level 3 candidates will be considered.)
