Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to perform at their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

* Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
* Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations, ensuring your team feels supported.
* Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, safety, and financial performance, including GP and stock control.
* Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
* Inspiring leadership qualities that motivate your team to flourish.
* Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and belongs.
* A proactive problem solver with quick thinking skills.
