Air Conditioning Installer – Location: Nationwide. Salary: From £40,000 - £45,000 plus company vehicle and benefits. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
The Role
As an Air Conditioning Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of a variety of air conditioning systems within commercial and residential sites across the country with digs paid for. This is a hands-on role requiring technical knowledge, precision, and a customer-focused approach. You will travel between sites, ensuring every installation meets company and industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Install and commission a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs, split and multi-split units, AHUs, and smaller domestic systems
* Work across commercial and residential sites
* Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts to ensure correct installation
* Carry out system testing to verify performance and compliance
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a tidy, organised workspace on-site
* Provide professional customer service, explaining systems to clients and answering queries
* Accurately record work using the company's digital management system
The Successful Applicant
* You must be a qualified air conditioning engineer with proven installation experience
* Hold a valid F-Gas certification
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
