The Spa at Carden is looking for a passionate and welcoming individual to join our award-winning luxury spa team as a Spa Receptionist. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Your day with Team Carden: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival Manage spa bookings and process payments efficiently Anticipate and meet guests’ needs in a helpful and proactive manner Promote and maximise sales through upselling treatments and retail products Work collaboratively with the wider spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience About You: You have a warm, friendly, and professional approach You are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service You are confident communicating with guests and building rapport You are organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment You have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a team Previous experience in a spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential Enjoy a full time role of 40 hours per week, working both evenings and weekends. Applicants should be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to the rural location of Carden Park.
