About the Role Title: Returns Administrator Role: Permanent, full time Location : Chester, office based Salary: up to £27K per annum Benefits: 26 days annual leave bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, free onsite parking, and more. Key Responsibilities: Manage the processing of returned products, ensuring accurate resolution in line with company procedures. Investigate reasons for product returns and follow through with repair, credit, or replacement processes. Support the processing of custom orders, including data entry and system updates. Coordinate the dispatch of local orders and repairs in a timely manner. Identify and escalate any potential quality issues in line with compliance and quality management standards. Skills & Experience Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Previous experience in administration (ideally within operations, logistics, or sales support). Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage your own workload. A proactive and positive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement. Confidence in using multiple systems and software, including CRM platforms.
