This role is the first point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and support is delivered to a high standard. You will play a vital part in coordinating requests, maintaining records, and providing administrative support across the business. Key Responsibilities * Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and tickets. * Log, track, and manage helpdesk requests in line with agreed SLAs. * Allocate tasks to the appropriate team members or contractors. * Monitor progress and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders. * Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. * Support wider administrative duties within the office as required.
