Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact via the HR Helpdesk and telephone for employees and managers.
* Provide timely, accurate advice and guidance, logging and resolving every interaction to the highest standard.
* Produce employment-related documentation with precision and care.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR in all HR-related activities.
* Support line managers with practical solutions and enable effective use of self-service tools.
* Collaborate with specialist teams when deeper expertise is required.
