Learning Support Assistant

Salary: £90 - £115 per day
Responsibilities
The successful Learning Support Assistant will be working with pupils across primary and secondary ages, supporting those with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour on a 1:1 and small group basis.
Qualifications
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
* Experience supporting both primary and secondary aged pupils
* Strong behaviour management skills
* A patient, resilient and calm approach
* A can-do attitude and willingness to support across the setting
