Role: 1st Line Engineer Location: Liverpool (Office Based) Salary: £26-28k About the Role We are looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join our team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving and helping people with their IT issues. As a 1st Line Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing support by phone, email, and remote tools. You will log, diagnose, and resolve issues where possible, and escalate more complex problems to 2nd Line support.
