Estimator / Bid Manager - Construction & Fit-Out - Liverpool-Based
We're looking for a commercially astute, experienced and professional Estimator / Bid Manager to lead both the estimating and bid management functions for a growing Liverpool-based property and construction businessThis is a dual role, combining hands-on estimating, with full ownership of the bid and tender process. You'll play a key part in shaping the commercial strategy and securing new work across a varied portfolio, including retail fit-outs, mixed-use developments, and construction schemes
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates using Conquest
* Managing the full bid lifecycle - from initial enquiry through to submission and post-tender negotiation
* Working closely with Directors, Project Managers, Planners and supply chain partners to ensure robust pricing and programme management
* Leading the coordination and production of high-quality tender submissions
* Developing & maintaining the estimating process
* Bid Management - including utilising business development portals to identify new business opportunities
* Identifying new framework opportunities
* Securing work through successful estimates, tendering and bid management
