Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
3. Establishing and leading the UK legal function as the first hire in the country.
4. Managing and advising on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, compliance, and employment law.
5. Collaborating closely with legal teams in Ireland and the US to align strategies and ensure global compliance.
6. Providing strategic legal advice to senior management and key business stakeholders.
7. Leading on any UK-specific regulatory or legal developments affecting the business.
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Counsel should be:
8. A qualified solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years' PQE in commercial or in-house legal roles.
9. Strong experience in managing legal functions, ideally in a multinational or complex environment.
10. Skilled in providing strategic legal advice across a wide range of areas.
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
12. A proactive and self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and within cross-border teams.
