We are seeking an exceptional clinician to provide world-class, 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP. As part of this exclusive medical entourage, you will ensure the patient's health and comfort throughout an exquisite Mediterranean cruising itinerary—anchoring in breathtaking destinations such as the Greek Islands, Monaco, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve.
The Team Excellence is never solitary. You will collaborate seamlessly with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary medical unit. Under the direct supervision of a Lead British Doctor, you will work alongside expert Physiotherapists and a distinguished Western-trained nursing team, ensuring a gold standard of bespoke clinical care.
The Safety Patient safety and clinician well-being are our paramount concerns. To guarantee optimal rest and uncompromising vigilance, we operate on a strict double-nurse shift system. You will always have the operational support required to deliver impeccable care without the risk of burnout.

To be considered for this prestigious deployment, candidates must possess:
* Education: Western-acquired Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of rigorous Acute Care experience (ICU / ER / A&E).
* Language: Native or C1-certified fluency in English.
* Demeanor: Impeccable discretion, adaptability, and a polished, professional presence suitable for ultra-high-net-worth environments.
