The Role: As our dynamic Apprenticeship Manager, you'll lead the charge in overseeing accountancy apprenticeship programmes (Levels 2, 3, 4, and 7). You'll inspire and manage a team of skills coaches, ensuring exceptional training and compliance. Plus, you'll spearhead the development of new Level 4 programmes and adapt to evolving standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Programme Management: Drive the planning, delivery, and evaluation of apprenticeship programmes. Ensure compliance and boost completion rates.
Team Leadership: Empower and manage the apprenticeship team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Monitor training quality and champion continuous improvements.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure programmes meet regulatory requirements and maintain precise records.
