What You'll Be Doing
As part of the Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team, you'll be instrumental in improving product and process design to support manufacturing scale-up, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Design for Manufacture feedback to Product Design and NPI teams
* Create and manage product specifications and BOMs using Enovia PLM
* Lead cross-functional projects with Operations and Engineering teams
* Troubleshoot PCBA issues at device level to support manufacturing
* Own and update SOPs, Engineering Change Orders, and PLC processes
* Support Supply Chain and Outsourcing teams with technical guidance
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled engineer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
* Degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5S, VSM, SMED, Cellular Manufacturing)
* Experience with CAD design (fixture/tooling design preferred)
* Electrical troubleshooting and defect data analysis skills
* Willingness to travel to other global sites for process documentation and transfer
