Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnering with one of our clients in the Hull area to identify a HRBP to join their team. This is a super opportunity to join a highly commercial, fast paced HR team and business.
Reporting into the Head of HR the role will partner with a specific area of the business providing a generalist HRBP support with emphasis on employee relations, team management and stakeholder support and relationships.
The role is 37.5 hours per week and offers 1 day working from home as well as:

As HRBP you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support the growth and development of the organization. Your expertise in employee relations will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement. There will be occasional travel in the role to work with stakeholders at sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and provide HR guidance and support to achieve those objectives.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and employment laws.
* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, providing effective solutions and recommendations.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and retention.
* Support performance management processes, including coaching managers and facilitating performance reviews.
* Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and make informed decisions to improve workplace culture and productivity.
* Assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies at all times.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in employee relations and handling complex HR issues.
* Ability to manage a HR team on a day to day basis
* Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent HR qualification is highly desirable.
