Work that goes beyond your desk

* To act as SEPAs Vetting Officer to process Enhanced Security clearance cases for relevant persons
* Deliver comprehensive business administration services to the Resilience team, including organising meetings, preparing papers and materials, recording actions and resolving internal and external inquiries
* Provide effective and efficient support to customers, ensuring a successful experience by resolving inquiries and issues promptly
Respect for your expertise
This is a highly important role within our Governance, Performance & Engagement portfolio, which means you'll need:
* Previous experience of handling sensitive information and to be security conscious
* Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in the delivery of effective and efficient administrative services and business support to a defined team
* Evidence of the ability to communicate effectively across teams
* Experience of engagement with internal and external partners with confidence and authority
