The Role
This is a hands-on, office-based role where you will be central to the flow of the business. Your responsibilities will include:
· Overseeing the daily order process from start to finish.
· Checking on pickers/packers to ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time.
· Liaising with couriers and suppliers.
· Handling customer queries by email, online chat and in store.
· Keeping the office organised and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
What We Are Looking For
· A reliable, punctual person who takes ownership of their role.
· Someone organised and proactive who can spot issues before they become problems.
· Good communication skills both spoken and written — confident with both customers and colleagues.
· Computer literate (emails, order management systems, spreadsheets).
· Previous experience in customer service, admin, logistics, ecommerce or team coordination is essential

Our opening hours are 7:30 to 4:15pm - Monday to Friday. This is an office based role – no remote workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
