The Role
* Lead and support a team of skilled night shift engineers
* Oversee PPM and breakdown response across a wide range of kit
* Drive performance through coaching, mentoring, and daily support
* Carry out root cause analysis and support CI across the site
* Ensure Health & Safety, food safety, and site standards are upheld
* Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth handovers and communication
What We're Looking For
* Multi-skilled engineering background (electrical/mechanical) - ideally in food or FMCG
* Previous leadership or senior engineer experience
* Problem solver, clear communicator, and team builder
* Calm under pressure and passionate about continuous improvement
