Job Title: Visitor Operations Manager
Salary: Up to A GBP 45,000 + Benefits
Location: Norfolk
We are recruiting a Visitor Services Operations Manager to lead day:to:day operations across a large:scale visitor attraction and hospitality environment. This is a hands:on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional visitor experiences, managing large operational teams, and driving the highest standards across service, presentation, safety, and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop high:performing operational teams
* Oversee daily visitor operations across multiple departments and sites
* Deliver exceptional customer service and visitor experience standards
* Manage recruitment, training, staffing, and performance
* Drive operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost control
* Act as Duty Manager and maintain a strong onsite leadership presence
* Support events, visitor programming, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in visitor operations, hospitality, or customer:facing environments
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience managing large teams and fast:paced operations
* Commercially aware with budgeting experience
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions:focused
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Flexible approach, including weekends and evenings
