Strategic & Cultural Leadership
* People Strategy: Define and execute a People Strategy aligning with business goals.
* Culture & Values: Lead initiatives to embed and champion company values.
* Mission & Vision: Communicate and promote company mission and vision globally.
* Employee Engagement: Launch employee engagement surveys and action plans.
Talent & Performance
* Talent Acquisition: Develop a global hiring strategy and implement ATS.
* Learning & Development: Create L&D strategies, leadership programs, and capability frameworks.
* Remuneration Philosophy: Develop competitive global pay structures.
Operations & Foundations
* Employee Benefits: Enhance benefits to support wellbeing.
* HR Operations & Technology: Strategize HR tech stack for automation and seamless experience.
* People Analytics: Establish analytics for workforce insights.
* Policy & Compliance: Ensure legal compliance and focus on psychosocial safety.
* Diversity & Inclusion: Implement D&I initiatives and compliance measures.
