What You Need to Succeed
1. A strong background in finance leadership, ideally within an SME environment
2. Confidence owning the entire finance function end to end
3. The ability to translate numbers into meaningful insight for non finance colleagues
4. A proactive, hands on approach and comfort working in a fast moving, evolving business
5. Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent experience
