We are working on an exceptional opportunity with a Tier 1 Offshore firm in Jersey, who are seeking an associate (NQ-2PQE) to join their market leading Corporate team, with a strong emphasis on private equity and M&A. The team is widely recognised for its cross-border capabilities and its market-leading presence in financial services transactions.
The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced group of corporate specialists who regularly advise on complex M&A, private equity transactions, regulatory and competition matters, as well as AML issues. The team also handles cross-border deals spanning multiple jurisdictions and sectors, including tech, natural resources, and financial services, with a strong pipeline of high-value work.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within a dynamic, internationally focused practice and gain exposure to complex, high-value multi-jurisdictional mandates.
Ideal candidate:
* NQ-2PQE with strong Corporate experience
* Admitted in the UK, Australia, Canada or New Zealand
