You will be responsible for promoting and supporting on site system compliancy for all Etex BP Framework Partner specifications. As part of your role, you will be required to travel to sites across the South, providing technical support and advice on the installation of Siniat products.
What youll do:
1. To provide ongoing technical support for Etex BP projects advising and answering technical enquiries as necessary to support the project requirements.
2. To provide practical training on Etex BP products and systems to Etex BP's customer base as required.
3. To attend site to investigate and report on product failure and advise on remedial action where necessary.
4. To provide internal practical training and advice to colleagues as and when required.
