Who We’re Looking For
* Passion for cars, customer service, and delivering a premium experience
* Previous experience as a Junior Service Advisor, Service Advisor Assistant, or in a related automotive customer‑facing role
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment
* Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership DMS systems (PBS, CDK, Keyloop/Serti, or similar)
* Organized, detail‑oriented, and motivated to grow into a senior advisory role
Schedule: Full‑Time; Permanent
Compensation: $23 per hour + Commission
What Your Day Will Look Like
* Customer Service: Welcome customers, listen to concerns, and ensure a smooth service experience from check‑in to pick‑up
* Inspections & Estimates: Assist with multi‑point inspections and prepare accurate quotes using dealership systems
* Warranty Support: Verify warranty coverage and clearly explain terms, coverage, and exclusions to customers
* Communication & Follow‑Up: Maintain regular communication with Service Technicians and keep customers updated on vehicle status
* Maintenance Recommendations: Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition, service history, and customer needs
* Administrative Support: Assist senior Service Advisors with documentation, follow‑ups, and service coordination
* Customer Experience: Uphold Genesis brand standards by delivering a professional, attentive, and personalized service experience
