What you’ll do on a typical day:
First point contact for Team Leaders, Shift Managers seeking to resolve administrative related employee queries relating to clock-ins, wages, sickness record and all other personnel-related issues.
* Support the employee life cycle for all levels.
* Provide an advisory service on Employee Relations matters
* Supporting fully with an Employee Relations issues.
* Provide general support with recruitment campaigns and processes, supporting with the recruitment.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Strong knowledge of time & attendance processes and HR administration
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR databases
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach
