About the role We are looking for a proactive and organised Reward Coordinator to join our People Team at Poundland & Dealz. You'll support the Reward Manager and take ownership of a variety of tasks including managing colleague benefits and coordinating loyal service awards. You'll be the go-to person for all things Reward admin from inbox management to keeping our systems updated and supporting a range of Reward projects with scope to learn and grow. This role is key to ensuring our colleagues are recognised, supported, and set up for success. Your Impact and Responsibilities Co-ordinate Loyal Service Award events and communications for service milestones. Manage the Reward inbox, responding promptly to queries. Oversee the Colleague Discount portal, handling queries and promoting the benefit. Complete regular Reward admin tasks and maintain relevant systems. Support Reward-related projects as needed. Skills and Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software (e.g. Resource Link, Manage Engine) is a plus. Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills. Ability to handle queries efficiently and work independently.
