Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Audio Producer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. Overseeing multiple Dolby Atmos theatres for both theatrical and near-field mixing, you will manage the day to day running of the department: coordinating the staff mix technicians and in-house mix/editorial talent, scheduling, and acting as the main point of call for clients and freelance sound creatives. In addition to this, you will work alongside the sales team and in-house creative talent to identify new business and be responsible for building relationships with both external sound talent and post-supervisors for the future growth of the department. Highly motivated, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to motivate and manage a team of artists, this individual will also be extremely organised and expected to execute multiple projects in various stages of completion simultaneously. Communicate with clients and the mix/editorial team on a daily basis throughout the duration of a project to ensure deadlines are met, deliveries are accurate, and finances are mutually understood and accepted Solve problems quickly and completely, enlisting the proper stakeholders while maintaining ownership of the end solution Track, manage, bill, and wrap projects accurately in project management software Respond to client queries and requests in an efficient and timely manner, proactively engaging before, during, and after a project Supervise facility artists, technicians, and staff members to attain client goals on a given project Ensure artists and operators comply with company policies and procedures Work with sales department to determine cost of work to be performed for providing formal bids, overages, and actuals Support in the management of the Audio facility, team, technology, and company brand/reputation Other duties, as required and assigned Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in a post-production environment Experience working as an Audio Post Producer in long form content or an all-around Post Producer with a specific interest in audio Thorough understanding of post-production workflows including Dolby Atmos, Pro-Tools and audio deliverables Ability to interface with clients successfully and problem-solve proactively Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Experience working with major studios, VOD platforms and broadcast clients Microsoft Office and administrative software suite fluency
