The successful candidate will work closely with experienced tax professionals, assisting with the management of a diverse client portfolio including high-net-worth individuals, directors, and owner-managed businesses. This role offers exposure to a wide range of personal tax matters while supporting ongoing professional development.
This position would suit someone who is part-qualified ATT/CTA or working towards a tax qualification and looking to further develop their career within a respected firm of Chartered Accountants in Chester. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service while continuing to build your expertise in private client taxation within a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing personal tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients
* Assisting with tax planning and advisory work for individuals and directors
* Supporting senior team members with complex tax matters
* Liaising with HMRC and handling client queries professionally
* Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
* Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Experience preparing personal tax returns within an accountancy practice
* Studying towards or qualified ATT/CTA (or equivalent) preferred
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
