Technical Support Specialist Urgent contract role for a technologist who has experience of working in multiple support environments, including Service Desk, Application Support and Database management. Outside of IR35 - £200 - £250 p/d for initially 3 months (this has scope for huge extensions). Fully Remote role. Shifts, 5pm - 10pm Monday - Friday (full day rate) full Weekend shift on an alternate rota (at least 1 or 2 a month). Who are we? We are a start up in the release stage of our product, offering completely bespoke software to the telecoms industry. At this stage of our life cycle, we have refined our product and want to offer the best service we can to our clients. We have huge plans for growth over the coming year and would like to bring professionals onboard that can help us on our journey. What will you be doing? As a generalist support specialist, your role within the company would be to triage, from 1st to 3rd line looking into every issue that the client can send your way. You will have demonstrated high level technical support, client facing and have the capability to investigate and solve problems independently with every technology from operating systems to database management tools. The client has an onsite team, who handle the weekdays but needs to provision for the evenings up till 10pm, and the weekends. There are multiple roles here 3 and it will be divided between these roles. Minimum of 5 days a week though so it is full time.
