The Role

We're launching a new product suite — and we're looking for a dynamic Product Growth Executive to take it to market. This is an all-in-one role for someone who loves to wear multiple hats and is confident across sales, product management, and account management.

You'll be responsible for driving adoption of the new product range, managing the go-to-market plan, onboarding customers, and ensuring ongoing success. You'll work closely with our leadership, sales, and marketing teams, as well as directly with customers, to deliver commercial results while maintaining MHouse's gold-standard customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the go-to-market strategy for our new product suite from launch through to scaling
* Manage the full sales process — from generating interest to closing deals
* Onboard new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the product
* Act as the primary point of contact for your product's customer base
* Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral, campaigns, and launch content
* Provide product feedback to the development team to guide future improvements
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue
* Monitor performance against sales and growth KPIs, adjusting strategies as required

Skills & Experience

* 3+ years of experience in sales, product management, or account management
* Proven ability to manage a product or project from concept to delivery
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities
* Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal teams
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator with great presentation skills

Desirable

* Experience in the retail technology, EPOS, or SaaS space
* Background working with convenience stores or independent retailers
* Understanding of go-to-market planning and product lifecycle management
