Copello is working with a defence client seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead and develop the ITC function, ensuring compliance with UK, EU, and US (EAR/ITAR) export regulations. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the ITC team, promoting accountability and ownership. * Oversee export/import licensing and authorisations. * Provide expert guidance on UKML, Dual-Use, ITAR, EAR, and related regulations. * Drive continuous improvement and automation of ITC processes. * Advise leadership on authorisation strategies and compliance risk. * Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across departments.
