Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive revenue growth for our high-end venue. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract clients, increase bookings, and elevate the venue's brand presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and productivity.
3. Identify and cultivate relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, and other key stakeholders to generate leads and secure bookings.
4. Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, catering, and event planning, to ensure seamless execution of events and delivery of exceptional service to clients.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
7. Manage the venue's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online listings, to engage audiences and drive traffic.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, suppliers, and vendors to leverage cross-promotional opportunities and enhance the venue's offerings.
9. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and analyse sales data to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
10. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights on sales trends, marketing ROI, and business performance.
