Support Worker
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.
This role is based within a supported living service located in Denbigh, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals with mental health needs and/or mild learning disabilities.

What you'll be doing: Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being. You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes and also with accessing the community. Personal care may be required for some individuals. You will work to maintain a high level of support that's required for the service needs. You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
Who you are: We want individuals with a passion to support others and who will make a positive difference in the everyday lives of the people we support. You are able to work independently, multitask, and be organised. You will have a calm and positive attitude under pressure. You will be a quick learner, hands on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities. You will be flexible as shifts will include days, evenings, and sleep ins.
