SnapSea is a Visual Marketing platform based in London that helps destinations, tourist boards, and hospitality brands source and manage user-generated content (UGC) for use in marketing campaigns.
We are a fast-growing start-up recognised by both the Canadian and UK governments and are rapidly expanding our client base globally. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help build the products that shape the future of travel marketing.
Salary: Base Salary
Title: Finance Assistant / Executive Assistant
Location: Central London (in office)
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Computer Literacy. Experience with Word, Excel and Google Workplace (preferred, but not a requisite).
* High level of attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:
* Accounting or Finance-related Degree
* Experience with Accounts, Payroll
* Interest in Accounting & Legal
The Role
* Manage Payroll, Expenses and Invoices
* Manage contracts and documentation
* Work closely with a fun-loving team of talented individuals
* Help with all aspects of the business day-to-day operations
* Manage executive calendars, business travel
* Reporting directly to the CEO
