We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Manager to lead a substantial and diverse client portfolio within our growing North West practice. This role offers a clear pathway to a Director position within 2–3 years, evolving into a Regional Lead responsible for driving growth and transformation across the area.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
* Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and attract new clients.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
* Change Management: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.
What We Need From You
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience in practice.
* Experience: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
* Ambition: Motivated to progress to a Director‑level role and drive regional growth.
* Regional Insight: Understanding of the North West economy and professional landscape is advantageous.
