Requirements

We are looking for a senior tax leader to join M&G’s Group Tax team as Head of Life Tax, leading our Life tax function and supporting a dynamic and evolving business
This is a high-impact role at the centre of the Group’s financial and regulatory agenda, combining technical expertise, commercial insight and strategic influence
Lead all aspects of Life tax compliance and reporting, ensuring high-quality delivery in a well-controlled environment
Act as a trusted adviser to the Life business, supporting strategic initiatives, transactions and regulatory change
Manage key relationships with HMRC, auditors and senior stakeholders across Finance, Risk and the business
Play a key role in managing tax risk and contributing to the Group’s wider tax strategy and control framework
Build and lead a high-performing team, driving capability development and continuous improvement
