CBW are currently looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 5-20 commercial buildings located in London (Zones 1&2). The successful candidates will be Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. My client is looking for this person to be the lead engineer for Wet Systems across the contract. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £53,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
