The Role: * Collate specifications, review projects, and manage procurement orders & delivery schedules. * Liaise with suppliers and oversee fortnightly/monthly progress reports. * Manage subcontractor payments and prepare handover documentation. * Oversee Health & Safety compliance, inspections, reporting, and dashboards. * Ensure quality reporting and programme implementation across projects. * Liaise with and support site managers; conduct site visits and attend contract meetings. The Person: * Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager within construction. * Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage procurement, reporting, and subcontractors. * Solid understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance. * Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to support site teams. * Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
