Guest Service Agent
Trump Turnberry is ready to receive applications from exceptional, talented individuals who are eager to join our legendary team.
This position is available on a full-time and weekend part-time basis.
Position Purpose:
To welcome guests to the Hotel, answer guest questions and resolve guest problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties and receive payments from guests. The position is available on a casual 'as and when' required position.
Essential Functions:
* Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
* Record and administer arrivals and departures
* Communication and recording of complaints
* Be aware of daily functions, events, VIP and group arrivals
* Ensure guest's immediate requirements are catered for and anticipate the needs of our guests
* Accurate receipt of payments from guests for their stay
Qualification Standards:
* Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
* The successful candidate will be polite and have a courteous manner with a friendly and welcoming personality
* You must be proficient in operating IT and online systems, previous experience with Opera would be advantageous
* Candidates must be [assionate about delivering excellence in customer service
* Previous experience in Hospitality preferred but not essential
