Role: Creative Artwork & Graphic Designer
Location: Lacock, Wiltshire
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Stonegate Farmers are recruiting for a Creative Artwork & Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality design solutions across packaging, print, digital, and presentation materials. We are seeking a confident and versatile designer who can interpret briefs accurately, balance creativity with commercial requirements, and ensure brand consistency across all outputs. Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop packaging and label designs from concept to print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal/technical requirements.
* Produce creative layouts for brochures, leaflets, adverts, banners, and marketing collateral.
* Design engaging digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
* Create professional PowerPoint templates and presentation materials.
* Uphold and develop Stonegate’s brand identity across all visual communications.
* Collaborate with marketing, product development, and commercial teams to meet project objectives.
* Maintain awareness of design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance visual communications.
Person Specification:

Qualifications / Experience:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
* Proven track record in professional graphic design, ideally within FMCG, retail, or food production environments.
* Demonstrable experience producing artwork across multiple channels, including packaging, print, digital, and presentations.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
* Strong understanding of brand identity and how to maintain consistency across all outputs.
