Role | Education Data & Impact Analyst Areas | Widening Participation, Student Lifecycle, Data & Evaluation Based | London Offer | £45,000 - £50,000 Contract | Full-time, fixed-term (12 months) Hi We’re working with a UK higher education provider that is seeking an Education Data & Impact Analyst. This is a senior professional post with responsibility for ensuring the university can demonstrate how its outreach, student success and progression strategies close performance gaps across the student lifecycle. As Education Data & Impact Analyst, you will : Lead the monitoring and evaluation of activity and targets set out in the Access & Participation Plan Analyse complex quantitative and qualitative datasets to assess the impact of intervention strategies Produce clear internal and external reports, including OfS annual returns and sector-wide submissions (e.g. TASO) Advise senior leaders on the development of evidence-based outreach and on-course initiatives Work across departments and with sector networks such as NERUPI and SEER to embed best practice and build an institutional evidence base of ‘what works’ Line-manage a Data & Evaluation Officer and provide expert guidance to colleagues delivering APP activity What we’re looking for : Strong knowledge of widening participation, fair access and student success policy in UK higher education Demonstrable experience of evaluation, data analysis and reporting—comfortable working with large, complex datasets Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research and evaluation findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and external partners Experience of managing staff or projects and leading cross-institutional initiatives A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to anticipate issues and implement solutions What’s on offer : Salary of £45,000 - £50,000 Full-time fixed-term contract with hybrid working options The opportunity to shape and develop evaluative practice at a leading UK higher education provider
