* Community-Based Treatment Services: Provide assessments, coordinate treatment, and deliver structured psycho-social interventions to empower individuals in making lasting changes.
* Homeless Outreach Provision: Engage with homeless individuals, offering flexible support to those sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation.
* Criminal Justice Rehabilitation/Recovery Services: Collaborate with Probation Services, Prisons, and Police to provide tailored support for recovery and rehabilitation.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Recovery Worker, you will be a key support for a caseload of service users, helping them set and achieve their treatment goals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining regular contact with clients to provide advice, information, and psycho-social interventions.
* Conducting assessments and risk management planning.
* Collaborating closely with clinical staff and partner agencies to address prescribing needs.
No two days will be the same! You’ll need strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to our values. Whether you have lived experience of substance use, mental health, or homelessness, or simply a passion for supporting others, we have a role for you!
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for individuals who understand the challenges and opportunities faced by those on a recovery journey. While experience in substance and alcohol use is beneficial, we also value transferable skills from backgrounds such as mental health, housing, or health and social care.
Key qualities we seek include:
* Flexibility and the ability to work dynamically with individuals and groups.
* Knowledge of relapse and barriers to recovery.
* Excellent communication skills and a shared commitment to our organizational values.
We also welcome candidates with lived experience and those interested in entering this field through our Trainee Recovery Worker program, which provides an entry-level position and opportunities for growth.
